Catherine Ann Krewenka, 87, of California, MO passed away Friday, May 22, 2015 at Jefferson City Manor.
She was born April 6, 1928, in Passaic, New Jersey, daughter of Harry and Kittie (Breen) Low.  She was married to Mathias (Matt) Krewenka who preceded her in death.
Kay attended the Nation School of Dress Design and was a skilled seamstress.  She enjoyed quilting and working with her hands. She was an excellent cook and introduced many to European styles of cooking.  She was a member of Annunciation Catholic Church, California, MO.and California PTA. Matt and Kay were also members of the  Carlstadt, NJ mixed chorus.
She is survived by her daughter Monica Owens and children, Austin and Haily Owens.  Two brothers , Gerald Low and William Low.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, 3 brothers and 2 sisters.
Private funeral services will be held with inurnment in the Annunciation Catholic Cemetery.
